The U.S is different from Rome because we have one consuls (president) ; elected for four years, heads government and, military. The Senate has 100 members in the office. The president makes laws and advises unlike Rome senate has 300 members in there office ; Rome has a advised consuls and set policies. In the U.S. office we have nine justice which is interprets the constitution and federal; but the Rome has eight judges that oversaw the courts and governed provinces. The U.S. constitution is basis of U.S. law; which set forth both individual rights and governmental power.
